Commercial Snow & Ice Management

Each commercial property has unique needs, so we tailor our services to meet your requirements. We conduct an on-site consultation with the property manager to determine the best plan for your location.

Pricing:

  • Snow Plowing: Starts at $200 per plow
  • Salt Application: Starts at $100 per application

Residential Snow & Ice Management

To ensure timely service, all residential customers must prepay for a Tier 1 service over the phone before a truck is dispatched. If the driveway exceeds Tier 1 limitations, the driver will inform the customer, and the dispatcher will process the payment adjustment before services begin.

Residential Service Tiers

  • Tier 1: Two-car driveway | Plow: $60 | Salt: $25
  • Tier 2: Three or four-car driveway | Plow: $90 | Salt: $50
  • Tier 3: Long or difficult driveway | Plow: $110 & up | Salt: $75 & up

What’s Included?

  • Plowing: Service for 3 inches of snow or more, plus a shoveled path to the entrance door (if in use).
  • Salt Application: Applied via truck spreader, hand, or push spreader to driveways and shoveled paths.

Materials & Equipment

J & A Elite primarily uses Cinders (Anti-Skid) and Salt, carefully selecting the appropriate material for each surface based on conditions. Our materials are always stored in dry, tarped conditions at our Long Pond, PA facility for optimal performance.
