Residential customers can count on J & A Elite for high-quality, dependable landscaping services. To ensure prompt service, all residential customers must prepay for a Tier 1 service. If the job site exceeds the Tier 1 specifications, additional charges will be discussed before work begins.

Base Service Includes:

• Mowing
• Weed Whacking
• Bush Trimming
• Leaf Blowing (to an owner-designated location within reason)

Pricing Tiers:

• Tier 1: ¼ acre – ½ acre | $350
• Tier 2: ½ acre – 1 acre | $500
• Tier 3: 1 acre & up | $750 & up
• Extra Leaf Build-Up: $200
• Leaf Removal: $150/Load

Residential Base Stone Driveway Repair & Installation

Our driveway repair and installation services ensure smooth, durable surfaces using top-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Each project includes a skilled skid steer operator, delivered and spread stone, rolling for compaction, and site cleanup.

Pricing Tiers:

• Tier 1: 50ft – 75ft | $750
• Tier 2: 75ft – 120ft | $1000
• Tier 3: 120ft & up | $1250 & up
